AMARILLO, Texas, Sept. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fermi Inc. ("Fermi America" or the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 32,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $21.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,875,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The shares of the Company's common stock are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 1, 2025 and the London Stock Exchange on October 2, 2025 under the ticker symbol "FRMI." The offering is expected to close on October 2, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

UBS Investment Bank, Evercore ISI, Cantor and Mizuho are acting as the book-running managers for the offering. Macquarie Capital, Rothschild & Co, Stifel, Truist Securities, Berenberg, and Panmure Liberum are acting as bookrunners for the offering.
