ASCENT RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP CHANGE

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, September 23, 2025 (PR Newswire) – Ascent Resources, LLC (“Ascent” or the “Company”) today announced that Brooks Shughart, currently Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed President of Ascent and its subsidiaries. Mr. Shughart will remain in his current role as Chief Financial Officer of Ascent, along with expanding his responsibilities to include marketing & midstream, business development and operations. He will maintain his existing responsibilities of finance, treasury, investor relations and accounting.
